Ndia Technical was Established by the Government through the Ministry of Education in 2017. The institution positions itself as an institution of first choice in the training of highly skilled, world class technical trainees.

Information Communication Technology
At Ndia Technical and Vocational College, the ICT Department equips students with essential digital skills for today’s world. We offer hands-on training in computer applications, networking, programming, and ICT support, preparing learners for both employment and entrepreneurship. With modern labs and industry-relevant courses, our goal is to empower students to become innovative problem-solvers in the ICT field.
Automotive & Mechanical Engineering
Ndia Technical prides itself for being the Center for Automotive Engineering in the Mt Kenya Region. We are equipped with state of the art modern machines, with cutting edge technology and a modern, testing and assembly facilities for motor vehicle engines to equip our students with skills and competency in the dynamic changing Motor Vehicle Industry.
Electrical & Electronic Engineering
We have adequate facilities and resources that enable our students to get hands-on experience and ready for the market. Our labs and workshops are fully furnished with a variety of necessary equipment and machinery. This enables our students develop the needed skills and expertise earliest and quickly enabling them to fit well in the working environment. This contributes much to exposing our students to real work scenarios and environments.
Building & Civil Engineering
We are equipped with adequate facilities and resources that enable our students to get hands-on experience and for the market. We have well-furnished workshops with modern tools and equipment. This enables our students to develop the needed skills and competencies within a short time enabling them to fit well in the working environment. The department ensures that our students get attachments in industries and institutions as part of.
Tourism & Hospitality
We offer hands-on training which give our trainees relevant experience, which they use when they start working in the hospitality industry. On completion of the course, the trainees can work as waiters, chefs, supervisors and managers in welfare catering institutions, restaurants and hotels or they can start their own catering businesses.
Fashion & Design
Fashion and design are wide, creative fields that entails a wide range of styles, trends, and principles.
We major in the following;
Footwear Design: Crafting shoes, boots, sandals, and other types of footwear, balancing aesthetics with comfort and functionality.
Accessory Design: This includes bags, jewelry, scarves, hats, and other adornments that complement an outfit.
